Shrimp Taco Butter Lettuce Wraps with Sriracha Lime Crema

Ingredients:

1 pound of medium-sized shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tablespoon of Sweet and Spicy Sriracha Lime Seasoning by My Fabulous Food

2 tablespoons of butter

1 head of butter lettuce, leaves washed and removed

¼ cup of fresh cilantro, chopped

¼ cup of red onion, chopped

1 avocado, sliced

Crema:

½ cup of sour cream

1 lime

1 tablespoon of Sweet and Spicy Sriracha Lime Seasoning by My Fabulous Food

Directions:

  1. Heat butter over medium heat in a skillet.  Season shrimp with Sweet and Spicy Sriracha Lime seasoning and sauté for 5-7 minutes or until fully cooked.

  2. While shrimp is cooking, make the crema.  Mix the sour cream, seasoning, and juice of one lime in a small bowl.  Zest lime over crema.

  3. Assemble the lettuce tacos with shrimp, cilantro, red onion, and avocado.  Serve with the crema.
