Chocolate Croissant Bread Pudding
Calling all chocolate and chai spice lovers! We whipped up a heavenly treat that will make your taste buds dance with delight! This mouthwatering Chocolate Croissant Bread Pudding using the irresistible Bakerly chocolate croissants and our very own My Fabulous Food's Chai Spice took it to a whole new level of deliciousness!

● 2 (16 ounce) baking dishes or 4 (8 ounce) ramekins
● Mixing bowl

Ingredients
● 1 (6) pack of Bakerly’s chocolate croissants
● 2 eggs
● 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
● ¼ cup of cane sugar
● ¼ teaspoon of My Fabulous Food Chai Spice
● ½ teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
Optional toppings
● Confectioner’s sugar
● Vanilla bean ice cream
● Blackberries
● Raspberries
● Mint Leaves
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Slice Bakerly’s chocolate croissants into 1 inch square pieces. Place an even amount of croissant pieces into each baking dish.
3. In a mixing bowl, add eggs, heavy cream, sugar, chai spice, and vanilla. Whisk all ingredients together to form a custard.
4. Pour custard evenly into each baking dish. Let the bread soak in the custard for 30 minutes.
5. Bake the bread pudding for 40-45 minutes.
6. Remove the bread pudding from the oven, and top with confectioner’s sugar. Add scoops of vanilla ice cream and berries. Garnish each bread pudding with mint leaves. Enjoy!
